Yes. We do not fly in rain, thunderstorms, heavy wind, snow or any other harsh conditions.
How much do you charge for your services?
Our charges vary from project to project, depending on exactly what the client needs. Pricing depends on factors such as location, type of production, post-production techniques and the length of the video.
Do I get a discount if I buy a package?
Yes. We offer large discounts on packages and on repeat services. Our packages are already priced at a discount, and our individual service charges are also very cost-effective.
Will the videos play on all devices?
Yes. After capturing the aerial videos, we optimise them so they can be viewed on all devices. We also provide the raw footage in several formats.
How much notice do you need before a shoot?
We appreciate a week's notice before a shoot. We often don't get that much time, though, and are happy to help you more quickly if needed.
Do I need to be on site for the shoot?
It is usually not required, but you are most welcome to join us if you feel it will help. Our pilots are skilled specialists and can capture high-quality pictures in almost any setting. If you do join, scheduling may take a little longer, as timings will need to be coordinated between several parties.
How long does a project take?
A project usually takes 7–10 days to complete. The duration varies with each client's requirements, so there is no fixed upper limit.
When do I need to make the payment?
50% of the payment is due before the assignment begins, and the remainder after its successful completion.
